| The choice made | |
|
At the General Election on May 6th, the British people went to the polls to pass their verdict on thirteen years of Labour failure. This was a critical time for our economy, our society, and our politics, and if you voted Conservative - thank you for your support. If you did not vote Conservative, then we look forward to you giving the new Government a chance, and judging them by results achieved as time passes. Some significant features of the Election results:

| Welcome | |

Welcome to the Macclesfield Conservative Association. Our purpose is to return local Conservatives to Parliamentary, local Council and European seats. The association operates as a series of branches, each of which represents a particular village or part of the town. Branches are always looking for new members, and getting involved with a branch is a good way to becoming involved in our local activities. |
| The Macclesfield Constituency | |

The Macclesfield Constituency comprises the town of Macclesfield together with Bollington, Disley, Poynton, Prestbury and the surrounding villages and areas. |
| How can you get involved? | |

Any contribution you can make, whether financially or through the help that you give is invaluable in ensuring that we maintain an organisation capable of returning Conservative representatives to Parliament, the Cheshire East Council and to the European Parliament .
